The five full days you spent with our service and catering staff were greatly appreciated by all.
The many unsolicited comments I have already received from the participants tell me that your instruction methods are excellent. The staff is excited about what they have learned. Your lessons about correct protocol, discreteness, and the finer points of service that were included in your instructions will be put to good use. The staff is proud to say that they were instructed by the famous Ivor Spencer from London. You will be with us every day.
I admit feeling doubly good for having remember the days when you instructed in Houston, at the Presidential Suite of the Wawick Hotel.
