Ivor Spencer goes to Harvard
I am delighted and very proud to have taught the staff at the very famous and most prestigious Harvard Faculty Club in the United States of America, to give even better service than they have at present, and I am assured that at this moment in time it's first class.
The staff that I have trained will be giving service to the most influential guests visiting the University from all corners of the globe including, of course, the USA.
