I, together with my senior Instructor Ashley Powell were very proud to
have been invited in May 2002 to two of the most luxurious
Resort Hotels - the very famous
Ocean Club and the Royal Towers Atlantis, both in the Bahamas.
These two hotels had already had an instructor from England - NOT from
my School - to carry out training for their Butlers some time prior to our
arrival. However, even though they had already paid for training from
the previous instructor, the managements then decided to have 'The Ivor
Spencer International School for Butlers' (renowned worldwide and
established since 1981) to train their Butlers starting from the beginning of
the training.
The Senior Management told me that the Butler service was a vital part of
their hotels and the Butlers had to be trained to the very highest standards
-for which my School is famous - in order to satisfy their very discerning
guests. These guests include Royalty, Ambassadors, Stars of Film & TV,
top industrialists and other dignitaries and Statesmen all of whom rightly
expect the finest service from their Butlers.
I have already been told that the two Hotels would like my School to
return for refresher courses.
